| · HFC provides information on locations that fit a pre-defined filming requirement as outlined in a project proposal or screenwriting. |

| 2 ) Accompany groups or individuals searching for filming or screen-writing locations |
| · HFC staff accompany and guide groups or individuals searching for filming or screenwriting locations in and around Hakodate. |

| 3 ) Assistance for filing film permit applications |
· HFC supports various permit-related procedures, including liaisoning with public facilities, filing permits, and applying for tax-exemptions for facility usage fees.
· HFC assists with filing permits necessary for filming on public streets.
· HFC acts as liaison when requesting and applying to use private facilities. |

| · HFC provides referrals for accommodations, restaurants, rental car agencies, or other film-related businesses required for on-location filming. |
