Hachironuma Park enjoys a unique, ever-changing seasonal character. Blooming Kobushi Magnolia marks the start of spring followed by cherry blossoms and Rhododendron. During the summer the lake's surface is covered in water lily, while in autumn the fall foliage shows its beauty and in winter the contrast between green evergreens and pure white snow is magical. Lessor emperor, dameslfly and arboreal birds can be seen at the park's wetland, while the picking of watershield and herabuna fishing from June to August have become summer traditions.
