Taisho-yu Public Bath, located halfway up the hill of Funamizaka Avenue, was constructed in 1927. The building is a mix of architectural styles, with the first floor Japanese style and the second Western style, while the light pink exterior is especially memorable. The interior is meticulously well-kept, as the high ceiling of the bathroom and the changing room divider and other features remain mostly unchanged from when the bath first opened. Visitors can enjoy a bath while taking in the modern Showa ambience.
